Scarlet Woods Chalets

Scarlet Woods is four self-contained chalets and a larger Big House spread across 140 acres of bush and pasture at Quinninup, in WA's Southern Forests, on what was once the Rooney sheep farmstead. Jamie and Monica have run it since 2023, refitting the chalets with hardwood floors and timber walls milled from the property's own trees. Each chalet has a wood fire and a private hot tub, with valley views over national park and state forest, dark skies overhead and kangaroos on the pasture.
