Rob and Lorraine Holloway have worked this thirty-acre block at Badger Corner since 1980, turning bare ground into a permaculture property with an orchard, olive trees and free-ranging partridges, Cape Barren geese and dorper sheep. Three self-contained units and a Gypsy Cabin sit at the southern end of the Strzelecki Range, each looking out over Franklin Sound to the outer Furneaux Islands. It runs as a four-star bed and breakfast.
