The three-bedroom house sleeps up to six and has its own pool, sitting on the waterfront boulevard that runs along the top of the city, a short walk from the CBD and harbour. Interiors keep the stone-and-timber character of the original build rather than a standard hotel fit-out, and the whole cottage is taken privately, so it works for a family or small group wanting the run of a house near the water.
