Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary

The Sprigg family have run this 610sq km sanctuary in the northern Flinders Ranges since 1968. The signature Ridgetop Tour — operating since 1969 — hauls visitors across razor-back ridges to Sillers Lookout in an open 4WD. At night, the certified International Dark Sky Sanctuary delivers the Milky Way without compromise. Yellow-footed rock-wallabies move through the gorges below.
