Aquila Eco Retreat

Alice and Jason's family farm in Tasmania's Coal River Valley has been converted into an off-grid retreat named for the wedge-tailed eagle (*Aquila audax fleayi*) that still circles the property. Solar-powered eco-pods sit among native gardens with locally made sculptures and rescued parrots in aviaries. The couple's own bird photography, woodwork, winemaking, and honey production are woven throughout.
